Blackcurrant Jelly Mousse

Follow step 1 of pack instructions.

Make up to 350 ml with juice from a 290g can blackcurrants.

Spoon the drained blackcurrants into the base of a 1.1litre pudding basin.

Mix the jelly and 250g tub Quark together. Spoon over the fruit layer and chill until set. Turn out onto a serving plate and serve with cream.
