St Clements Syllabub Cups

Follow step 1 of pack instructions. Make up to 300 ml with orange juice. Chill until just beginning to set.

Stir a 150g pot of rich & creamy orange yogurt into the jelly.

Whisk together on high speed until light and airy.

Chill for 15 minutes until just beginning to set.

Spoon into 4 ginger baskets. Chill for 30 minutes.

Decorate with orange zest.

Serves 4
