Apricot Nectar
Follow step 1 of pack instructions. Make the jelly up to 200 ml with the juice from a 300g can apricots in juice.
Puree the apricots and stir into the jelly. Make the mixture up to 550 ml with orange juice.
Pour the mixture into glasses and chill until set.
Decorate with a swirl of Greek yogurt.
